Over more than 24 years working within a podiatric surgery department alongside an exceptionally experienced consultant podiatric surgeon, my clinical approach has been shaped by careful assessment, thoughtful clinical reasoning and selecting the most appropriate treatment for each individual. Where an injection is recommended, I use ultrasound guidance to help place medication accurately into the intended anatomical target. Where further diagnostic imaging or specialist opinion is required, I incorporate existing reports or arrange onward referral as appropriate.

By using real-time ultrasound imaging to precisely guide anaesthetic delivery, this approach ensures accurate placement, reduces discomfort, and provides more effective and reliable pain relief — allowing patients to feel calm and confident throughout their procedure.

When I provide medical aesthetics, I do so as a medical aesthetics practitioner working under separate aesthetics-specific training and qualifications. I am not working as a podiatrist when delivering aesthetic treatments.
