I had a diagnosis for plantar fasciitis and needed a steroid injection. Sarah was incredibly helpful, explained what she was going to do, why using an ultrasound to show her where to inject was the best course of action and what to expect — not only with the injection, but the recovery. I'm not very good with injections, so Sarah took everything at my pace, keeping me calm and metaphorically holding my hand through the procedure. Within 48 hours the pain had dramatically reduced and within a week I was pain free and walking normally again. Sarah is completely brilliant, her clinic is clean and a comfortable space and I would recommend her 100%.

Having spent many years in the same professional field and struggling with a prolonged history of heel pain, unresolved through less advanced treatments, I FINALLY gained substantial relief after visiting Sarah for the dry needling technique. Sarah was absolutely wonderful. As I am very needle phobic I was pretty terrified about having the procedure, but she went through everything and really put me at ease. She was fabulous throughout, making sure I was ok and checking I was coping. The clinic is lovely, clean and a very calming environment.
