Orthotics designed around your foot
Every foot is different. Painful feet often develop because something in the way the foot and leg work together isn't quite right, so certain tissues end up taking more load than they should.
Functional orthotics are designed to improve foot function and gait, helping your foot move more naturally. In turn, that offloads painful or stressed structures and reduces the repeated strain that keeps irritating them. Your needs are assessed at your consultation, so your orthotic is designed around your foot, not a standard shape.
Digital 3D couch mapping
Traditional plaster or foam box casting is messy and not always precise. Here, a high-resolution digital scan is taken while you rest on the treatment couch — completely non-weight-bearing — and the data is used to build an accurate 3D model of the shape and structure of your foot. Your orthotic is then 3D printed from that scan.
The result is a bespoke medical device, moulded to your foot shape and designed around your condition — not an off-the-shelf insole. It is designed to:

Programme fee
Package of Care
£380.00
One flat fee, paid in full at the start of your programme once it has been agreed with you at your consultation. It covers the 3D scan, all laboratory manufacturing costs, your orthotic fitting and your follow-up review — so there are no extra charges along the way.
Any additional treatment recommended as part of your plan is not included and is charged separately at the standard fee.
