Fees & Pricing
Everything we offer, with clear prices. Every journey starts with one £60 consultation, whatever your condition. Treatment prices are starting points, and your exact fee is confirmed after your consultation.
How booking and payment work
1. Book a consultation
Pay the flat £60 consultation fee when you book. We haven’t met before, so treatment is only added once we’ve assessed you.
2. Treatment, if you need it
If you booked a one-stop shop appointment and treatment is right for you, you pay the balance in clinic. If not, you pay only the £60.
3. Booking treatments later
Anything under £100 is paid in full at booking. Treatments of £100 or more take a 50% deposit, with the balance paid in clinic.
If your consultation shows you don’t need treatment, or we refer you on, you only ever pay the £60 consultation fee. Full terms are in our booking & payment policy.
Consultation & one-stop shop appointments
Book your consultation on its own, or book it together with a same-day treatment as a one-stop shop. You only pay the £60 consultation fee when booking. If treatment isn't needed on the day, it's simply taken off and you aren't charged for it.
Podiatry Consultation
Paid in full when booking
One fee for every condition (30 minutes). A thorough root-cause review, vascular and nerve checks, medication review, and any quick diagnostic debridement needed to identify the problem.
One-Stop Shop: Consultation + Same-Day Injection Therapy
£60 at booking · £250 in clinic if treatment goes ahead
Your assessment followed straight away by a targeted therapeutic injection (such as a joint steroid or dry needling) for severe pain or plantar fasciitis.
One-Stop Shop: Consultation + Same-Day Conservative Nail Resection
£60 at booking · £40 in clinic if treatment goes ahead
Your assessment followed by conservative removal of a painful ingrown nail spike, without local anaesthetic.
One-Stop Shop: Consultation + Same-Day Routine Treatment
£60 at booking · £55 in clinic if treatment goes ahead
Your assessment followed by treatment of hard skin, corns or calluses.
Treatments
Bookable following your consultation, or as part of a one-stop shop where available. Prices are estimated starting points.
Ultrasound-guided joint injections
Plantar fasciitis treatments
Achilles hydrodilation
Morton’s neuroma
Falknor’s needling (verruca treatment)
Needling to stimulate an immune response in stubborn, deep or painful verrucas. Individual responses vary and clearance cannot be guaranteed.
3D Mechanical Mapping & Custom Orthotic Programme
A Package of Care: 3D couch scan and design, all laboratory manufacturing, orthotic fitting and 6-week progress review. Agreed at your consultation.
Nail surgery (single toe)
Permanent correction of problem or ingrown nails. Includes local anaesthetic ring blocks, single-use surgical kit and your first 1-week review.
Each additional toe, same session
Two toes £500 · three toes £600.
Treatments of £100 or more are secured with a 50% deposit.
Local anaesthetic add-ons
Where local anaesthetic is needed for a procedure, it is charged as an add-on. The two techniques differ, so the fees do too.
Local anaesthetic: digital ring block
A nerve block at the base of the toe for painless removal of a severely inflamed or infected nail spike. £60 consultation + £40 resection + £45 anaesthetic = £145.
Local anaesthetic: infiltration
Anaesthetic placed beneath a lesion such as a corn or callus so it can be cleared comfortably. A more technique-sensitive procedure than a digital block, needing a larger volume placed precisely and going deeper into the foot.
